Service description
CareReception is a clinic communication and appointment assistance tool. It is not a medical diagnosis tool and does not replace qualified medical professionals.
Clinic responsibility
Clinics are responsible for configuring accurate clinic information, verifying appointments, reviewing AI-assisted conversations, and ensuring all patient-facing information is correct.
No emergency use
This service must not be used for medical emergencies. If you or a patient is experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
