Data we collect
We collect clinic account information, patient names, phone numbers, WhatsApp messages, appointment details, and usage logs solely to operate the CareReception service.
How we use data
Data is used only to provide and improve the CareReception service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data deletion and export
Clinic owners can request deletion or export of their data by emailing hello@carereception.com. We will review and process requests as promptly as possible.
