How to request deletion

Users and clinic owners can request deletion of their data by emailing hello@carereception.com.

What to include

Please include the following information in your request:

• Account email address
• Clinic name
• Phone number associated with the account (if relevant)

Processing

Requests will be reviewed and processed manually. We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you once deletion is complete.
